The following policies are used by Serenity Spa & Tan to ensure that each client has a relaxing and memorable experience at our spa. They are also used to promote each client's rejuvenation and well-being.

Spa Hours ~ Serenity Day Spa & Tan is open Monday-Saturday from 9am -8 pm and
on Sundays - We are Closed .

Location ~ Kings Grant Commons Shopping Center, 8105 Fayetteville Road, Suite 109,
Raleigh, NC 27603 .

Reservations ~ Although we do accept walk-in clients when we can, our clients are generally seen by appointment only. We suggest that you make your appointment as early as possible so that we may accommodate your schedule. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. Please make your reservations at least one week in advance for weekend appointments. We suggest scheduling your next spa service before leaving each service so that you can have your desired time or therapist.
A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve appointments for spa services and packages. Please see our cancellation policy below.

Arrival ~ Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows more time for a relaxing check in and prepares you for the blissful spa experience that awaits you.

Spa Etiquette ~ Upon arrival please turn off all cellular phones and pagers. Our goal is to offer the most peaceful and relaxing environment to each and every guest. Thank you for your consideration.

Cancellations ~ Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all single services require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Multiple services and packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice. If notification is not received within proper time, a cancellation fee will be charged. A cancellation fee equal to the amount of your appointment will be charged to your credit card for NO SHOWS. As a courtesy to our staff, failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a charge for the time reserved.

Methods of payment ~ Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, and Cash. All returned checks will be charged a $25 returned check fee charge.

Gift Certificates ~ Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable and valid 6 months from date of purchase. Please inquire at the front desk for further information on our Gift Certificate policy.

Refunds ~ We do not offer refunds for prepaid services, packages, or gift certificates.
